An introduction to the Metropolitan's diverse and encyclopedic collection of art from all corners of the world, from the earliest times to the present.

This tour enables visitors to explore the "living encyclopedia of world art" that is The Metropolitan Museum of Art. Visitors are introduced to extraordinary paintings, sculpture, and decorative arts, and are acquainted with the history of the Museum and its layout. This tour provides an excellent introduction to the Metropolitan.
